Make your Althea Power email signature in about five minutes.
Use your name and title exactly as you want them to appear.
Upload a photo, then drag it or use the sliders until your whole head fits in the frame.
Gmail shows signature images from a web link, so your saved headshot needs one.
Click Copy signature, then follow the steps for the email app you use. Your headshot is put online for you when you click Copy signature.
You can't set up a signature in the Gmail phone app. Set it up on a computer and it applies wherever you use Gmail.
New Outlook and Outlook on the web
Classic Outlook for Windows
Classic Outlook shows the logo as a still image instead of animated. That's expected and looks fine.
If the signature looks plain or the images are missing, quit Mail completely and reopen it.
Finish by sending yourself a test email to check that the logo and headshot load.
Your card uses the details from step 1. Download a proof PDF to check it and send it to the printer.
The PDF is 3.5 × 2 in with a 0.125 in bleed on every edge. The front is page 1 and the back is page 2. All text is converted to outlines, so the printer won't need any fonts.
