1Your details
Use your name and title exactly as you want them to appear.
2Your headshot
Upload a photo, then drag it or use the sliders until your whole head fits in the frame.
To save it, right-click the image (or press and hold on a phone) and choose Save image.
3Put your headshot online
Gmail shows signature images from a web link, so your saved headshot needs one.
- Upload the saved headshot image to your Google Drive.
- Right-click it, choose Share, and set General access to Anyone with the link.
- Click Copy link and paste it below.
4Add it to Gmail
- Click Copy signature.
- On a computer, open Gmail, then Settings, See all settings, Signature, Create new.
- Paste into the signature box, choose it for new emails and replies, and click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
- Send yourself a test email to check that the images load.
